Intervention

Helping All Of Our Students Achieve More.

Achieve is an intervention program that supports differentiated instruction for students. If a child meets the criteria, the Achieve team provides modified and individualized instruction geared to the specific needs of the student and meets that child where they are educationally. The team collaborates with teachers and parents to ensure students succeed in mastering grade-level expectations through small group instruction, help in the classroom, and individual instruction.

Intervention Tier 1

Tier 1 is intervention applied universally to support optimal learning outcomes for students.

Intervention Tier 2

Tier 2 is intervention applied in a small group setting to reduce or eliminate learning difficulties as soon as they are identified. 

Intervention Tier 3

Tier 3 is intervention applied, in intensive individualized instruction, in response to significant and chronic learning problems to improve student success as much as possible.

The Achieve Team was instrumental in our child’s success. They  formulated solutions specific to our child’s needs and seamlessly integrated accommodations into the classroom. Collaborating with the teacher, they provided the extra support our child needed in order to get the most out of the curriculum.
