Menu Mishap- I misplaced Ash Wednesday on the Cafeteria Menu that went out last week – Ash Wednesday is actually on Wednesday, 2/17, and as a result, we cannot have Frito Chili Pie. This is what the menu should have said:
- 2/10 – Frito Chili Pie, Caesar Salad, Fresh Fruit
- 2/17 – Ash Wednesday – Fettucini Alfredo, Garden Salad, Garlic Bread, Fresh Fruit
