Easy Ways you can help raise money for the School of Saint Mary

#1   MaryFair Dinner and Auction GalaThis is the main fundraiser for the School of Saint Mary.  Held annually on a Saturday evening in the fall, this adult-night-out hosts parishioners, school parents and friends of Saint Mary for an event that includes a seated dinner, live auction, dessert auction, wine and whiskey pull, Best of the Best raffle, online silent auction and more. Funds raised from this event are essential in keeping Catholic education more affordable and for accomplishing needed improvements to our school and parish facilities.

#2   Box Tops For Education: By collecting Box Top coupons from participation General Mills products, you can help earn cash back for our school. Save your box tops to help your children win prizes from class contests all while raising funds for our school. Turn in your labels in the containers in the front on the school outside of the nurse’s office. Download the Box Top App for additional ways to earn money for our school.

#3   Saint Mary Tennis ClassicThis annual fundraiser is held in the spring at Case Tennis Center at LaFortune Park. The format is women’s doubles in 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 combined divisions. Ladies from throughout the Tulsa tennis community gather for a day of friendly competition, lunch and prizes.  Funds raised from sponsorships and entry fees directly benefit the School of Saint Mary Home and School Association.

#4   Saint Mary Merchandise/Spiritwear and CrestWare:  Show your school spirit with great branded clothing.

#5    Scrip Program Gift Cards:
Fundraise while you shop. Simply purchase gift cards for popular retailers through www.shop.shopwithscrip.com and use them for your everyday purchases.
